Managing VPS in Dash
After your VPS becomes active, you can manage it from Dash.
This page explains how to find your VPS, open its details page, and use the main management sections available for the service.
Open the VPS list in Dash
Sign in to Dash and open the VPS section from your account area.
This is the main place where you can view all VPS services connected to your account.
From the list page, you can usually:
- review all available VPS services
- identify a VPS by name, ID, or status
- use search or filters to narrow the list
- open the details page of a specific VPS
If you manage multiple VPS services, this page is the normal starting point.
Open a single VPS
After selecting a VPS from the list, open its service details page.
This page is the central place for managing that VPS.
Depending on the service and VPS type, the details view may include sections such as:
- Overview
- Management
- Statistics
- Billing
Use these sections together to understand both the technical and lifecycle state of the service.
Overview
The Overview tab gives you a general summary of the VPS.
This area is typically used to review key service information such as:
- service label or name
- current status
- location
- operating system
- main IP address
- creation date
- basic plan details
Use this tab when you want a quick summary before taking any action.
Management
The Management tab is used for service control actions.
Depending on the VPS type and current setup, this section may include actions such as:
- power controls
- reboot actions
- reinstall options
- password reset options
- console access
- other recovery-related controls
Not every VPS will show the same controls.
Always use the visible actions in Dash as the source of truth for that specific service.
Before using any management action, confirm:
- you selected the correct VPS
- the service is active or otherwise manageable
- no important workload will be interrupted unexpectedly
Statistics
The Statistics tab helps you review VPS activity and resource usage.
Depending on the current dashboard implementation, this may include information such as:
- CPU usage
- RAM usage
- storage usage
- traffic or bandwidth data
- uptime or general activity indicators
Use this tab when you want to:
- investigate performance issues
- check current workload pressure
- understand whether the VPS is under heavy load
- compare activity over time
Billing
The Billing tab is used to review the financial and lifecycle state of the VPS.
Depending on the service, this section may allow you to:
- review the current billing cycle
- view related invoices
- check due dates and invoice statuses
- update the billing cycle
- generate the next invoice
- submit cancellation actions
Use this tab whenever you need to confirm whether a service issue may be related to billing or renewal state.
Use Dash for active service management
Use the website when you want to browse and order a new VPS.
Use Dash when you want to manage a VPS that is already attached to your account.
In simple terms:
- ordering happens on the website
- service management happens in Dash
If something looks wrong
If a tab, action, or service state does not look correct:
- refresh the page
- confirm the current service status
- review the billing state
- check whether the VPS is still provisioning
- contact support if the issue continues
When contacting support, include:
- service ID
- the section you were using
- the action you attempted, if relevant
- any visible error message
