Accessing Service Details

This page explains how to find a service in Dash, review its visible status, and open its full details page.

When to open service details

Open a service details page when you want to:

  • review the current service status
  • check key service information
  • use management actions
  • view statistics
  • review service-related billing information

This is the main way to work with an existing service after it has been attached to your account.

Start from Dash

Sign in to Dash and open the main dashboard or the related service section.

Depending on the service type, this may be a list of:

  • VPS services
  • Dedicated Servers
  • GPU Dedicated Servers
  • Domains

Use the dashboard or the left-side account navigation to move into the correct service area.

Find the correct service

Review the visible list and identify the service you want to open.

Use the visible information to confirm the correct item, such as:

  • service name
  • service ID
  • domain name
  • current status
  • location

If you manage more than one service, take a moment to confirm the correct item before opening it.

Check the visible status first

Before opening a service, review its visible status.

This helps you quickly understand what kind of situation you may be dealing with.

Common examples may include:

  • Active
  • Pending
  • Suspended
  • Cancelled
  • another lifecycle-related state

Use the visible status as a first signal before going deeper.

For example:

  • an Active service usually means normal management should be available
  • a Pending service may still be processing
  • a Suspended service may require billing or support review

Open the service details page

After confirming the correct service, open its full details page.

Depending on the service type, the details page may include sections such as:

  • Overview
  • Management
  • Statistics
  • Billing

The exact tabs may vary by service type.

Review the overview first

The overview section is usually the best starting point after opening the service.

It helps you quickly confirm:

  • whether the service is active
  • which location is assigned
  • which operating system or plan is in use
  • which identifiers or access details are relevant

Before using any action, it is a good habit to review the overview first.

Move to the section that matches your task

After opening the service details page, continue to the tab that matches what you need to do.

Common examples:

  • use Management for actions such as restart, reinstall, or control actions
  • use Statistics for resource usage and activity review
  • use Billing for invoice, renewal, or lifecycle checks

This helps keep service management structured and reduces mistakes.

If a service is missing or looks wrong

If you expect a service but do not see it, or the visible status does not match what you expected:

  • refresh the page
  • review the correct service category again
  • confirm that you are in the correct account
  • check whether the related order is still processing
  • review the billing state if relevant
  • contact support if the service still seems missing or incorrect

When working with several services, use the service name, ID, status, and location together before opening one.

A quick check first helps avoid taking actions on the wrong service.
