Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the main summary and navigation hub inside PerLod Dash.

It helps you quickly understand your current account activity and move into the right section for service management, billing, support, domains, or other account tasks.

What the dashboard is for

Use the dashboard when you want to:

  • review a summary of your active services
  • check billing-related activity
  • review support or ticket activity
  • access domain-related sections
  • open the correct account area from one central place

The dashboard is designed for quick orientation and navigation after sign-in.

What you may see on the dashboard

Depending on your account and current activity, the dashboard may show sections such as:

  • server or service overview
  • billing overview
  • tickets overview
  • domains overview
  • notifications
  • recent account or platform activity
  • direct links to key account sections

The exact layout may change over time, but the goal remains the same: give you a clear starting point.

Use the dashboard as a starting point

The dashboard works best as the first place to check after signing in.

From here, you can quickly decide where to go next.

For example:

  • go to a service section when you want to manage a VPS, Dedicated Server, or GPU service
  • go to Domains when you want to review a domain
  • go to Billing when you want to review invoices or payment status
  • go to Support when you want to check a ticket or open a new request
  • go to Profile or Team when you want to review account-level settings

Dashboard and the rest of Dash

The dashboard gives you the summary view.

More detailed work usually happens after you open the next section.

For example:

  • use a service list and service details page for technical service management
  • use Billing for invoices and renewal-related checks
  • use Support for ticket workflows
  • use Domains for domain management
  • use Profile or Team for account-related changes

This makes the dashboard a hub, not the place for every detailed action.

When to use Dash instead of the website

Use the website when you want to browse and order a new service.

Use Dash when you want to manage services or account activity that already belong to your account.

In simple terms:

  • ordering happens on the website
  • management happens in Dash

If something looks missing

If the dashboard does not show what you expected:

  • refresh the page
  • review the visible account sections again
  • confirm that you are in the correct account
  • contact support if something still seems unavailable
