Inviting a Team Member
This page explains how to invite another user to join your account workspace in Dash.
When to invite a team member
Invite a team member when another person needs access to help with tasks such as:
- service management
- billing review
- support follow-up
- account-related operations
Using team access is better than sharing one main account login across multiple people.
Open the team section
Sign in to Dash and go to the team section.
From there, use the invitation area shown on the team page.
Depending on the current interface, the invitation flow may appear as a form or a dedicated invitation panel.
Enter the member email
Provide the email address for the person you want to invite.
Make sure the entered email is correct before continuing.
A wrong email can create unnecessary delay or confusion later.
Select permissions
Before sending the invitation, choose the permissions that match the person’s actual responsibilities.
Depending on the current team setup, permissions may include areas such as:
- Domains
- Support
- Services
- Billing
Only assign the access that is actually needed.
A good practice is to keep permissions as limited as possible while still allowing the required work.
Send the invitation
After reviewing the email and selected permissions, send the invitation.
Once submitted, the invited user may appear in the team list with a pending or invited state until the invitation process is completed.
Review the result
After sending the invitation, return to the team list and confirm that:
- the invited email appears correctly
- the selected permissions look correct
- the status shows as pending or invited if not yet accepted
This helps confirm that the invitation was created successfully.
If the invitation does not appear correctly
If the invited user does not appear, or the invitation state looks wrong:
- refresh the page
- review the team list again
- confirm that you are in the correct account
- contact support if the issue continues
When contacting support, include the invited email address and a short description of the issue.
