Managing Domains in Dash
After your domain is attached to your account, you can manage it from Dash.
This page explains how to find your domain, open its details page, and use the main management sections available for the domain.
Open the domain list in Dash
Sign in to Dash and open the Domains section from your account area.
This is the main place where you can view all domains connected to your account.
From the list page, you can usually:
- review all domains in your account
- identify a domain by name or status
- use search or status filters to narrow the list
- open the details page of a specific domain
If you manage multiple domains, this page is the normal starting point.
Open a single domain
After selecting a domain from the list, open its details page.
This page is the central place for managing that domain.
Depending on the domain and its current state, the details view may include sections such as:
- Overview
- Management
- Billing
Use these sections together to understand both the operational and lifecycle state of the domain.
Overview
The Overview tab gives you a quick summary of the domain.
This area is typically used to review information such as:
- domain name
- current status
- registration date
- expiry date
- current nameservers
- privacy or protection state
- renewal-related shortcuts if available
Use this tab when you want a quick status check before taking any action.
Management
The Management tab is used for direct domain-related controls.
Depending on the domain and its current state, this section may include options such as:
- updating WHOIS information
- managing nameservers
- switching between provider DNS and custom DNS
- enabling or disabling transfer lock
- enabling or disabling WHOIS privacy
- requesting the EPP code
- managing child nameservers or glue records
- managing DNSSEC records
The exact options may vary depending on the domain extension, current status, and registrar-side support.
Always use the visible controls in Dash as the source of truth for that domain.
Before changing any domain setting, confirm:
- you selected the correct domain
- the domain is in the correct lifecycle state
- you understand the effect of the change on DNS, transfer, or renewal behavior
Billing
The Billing tab is used to review the financial and renewal state of the domain.
Depending on the domain, this section may allow you to:
- view related invoices
- review invoice dates and due dates
- check invoice statuses
- open invoice details
- review renewal-related billing history
Use this tab whenever you need to confirm whether a domain issue may be related to expiry, renewal, or unpaid billing activity.
Use Dash for active domain management
Use the website when you want to search for, register, or transfer a domain.
Use Dash when you want to manage a domain that is already attached to your account.
In simple terms:
- ordering happens on the website
- domain management happens in Dash
If something looks wrong
If a tab, setting, or visible domain state does not look correct:
- refresh the page
- confirm the current domain status
- review the billing state
- check whether the domain is still processing or transferring
- contact support if the issue continues
When contacting support, include:
- domain name
- the section you were using
- the action you attempted, if relevant
- any visible error message
